摘要
目的:分析右美托咪啶在功能神经外科手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法:收治功能神经外科手术患者40例,随机分为对照组和干预组,各20例。两组分别给予常规麻醉和右美托咪啶麻醉,对效果进行分析。结果:对两组动脉压、心率、收缩压进行对比,干预组的各项系数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明干预组的效果更为明显。对两组呛咳次数、唤醒时间、体动次数进行对比,干预组的系数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在功能神经外科手术麻醉中采用右美托咪啶,其效果明显,能减轻患者的应激反应,减少术后躁动。
Objective：To analyze the application effect of dexmedetomidine in functional neurosurgery anesthesia.Methods：40 patients were selected in functional department of neurosurgery.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 20 cases in each.General anesthesia and dexmedetomidine were given respectively.After anesthesia,the effect was analyzed.Results：The arterial pressure,heart rate and systolic pressure of the two groups were compared.The coefficients of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The coefficient of the number of cough,wake-up time,body movement times in the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dexmedetomidine is effective in functional department of neurosurgery anesthesia,which can relieve stress reaction and reduce postoperative restlessness.
