摘要
结合轮胎静力试验测试结果,利用ABAQUS软件建立195/65R15 91H子午线轮胎三维有限元模型,研究轮胎在不同工况下帘布层和带束层帘线的受力情况。结果表明:垂直载荷主要作用于接地影响区的带束层及帘布层帘线,当垂直静载荷过大时,会出现胎冠中部带束层帘线张力变为0甚至变成负值以及第二带束层帘线端部受拉力过大的不利情况;靠近侧向力加载端的帘线受力随侧向载荷增加而变小,远离加载端的帘线受力基本与侧向载荷无关;纵向力对帘线影响不明显,帘线受力随着纵向载荷增加而略有下降。
Based on the tire static test results, a 195/65 R15 91 H three-dimensional finite element model of radial tire was established using ABAQUS,and the cord forces of belt and carcass under different conditions were investigated. Results show that the vertical load acts mainly on the cord of belt and carcass in the lowest cross-section,tension on the central crown belt cord will become 0 or even negative and tension on the second belt cord end too large under excessive vertical static load. The cord force near the side force loading end decreases with increasing lateral load while the force of the cord away from the loading end is substantially independent of the lateral load,longitudinal force has little effect on the cord,and the force decreases slightly as the longitudinal load increases.
