摘要
目的研究CT引导下穿刺活检表皮生长因子受体表达对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取本院2011年6月至2016年6月收治的80例穿刺活检的肺癌患者,根据检查方式将其分为CT组和B超组,各40例。B超组采用PENDAXN EG-3830UT超声仪进行穿刺活检,CT组利用CT扫描机进行定位引导,并基于此选定穿刺体位与穿刺点。比较两组患者穿刺与诊断效果,并分析EGFR表达与并发症发生情况。结果 CT组患者全部实现一次性成功穿刺(100.0%),而B超组一次性穿刺仅为32例(80.0%),二次穿刺5例(12.5%),三次穿刺3例(7.5%);在CT组患者的诊断中有36例被成功诊断为肺癌,而B超组仅有32例被成功诊断为肺癌;在CT组患者的诊断中EGFR的阳性表达准确率高达95.0%,而B超组的阳性表达准确率仅为82.5%。而诊断的过程中CT组患者出现并发症的患者少于B超组。结论 CT引导下穿刺活检表皮生长因子受体表达对肺癌的诊断具有显著临床意义。
Objective To explore the value of CT-guided puncture biopsy of the expression of epidermal growth faclor receptor in ihe diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods Eighly cases of lung cancer palienl underwenl needle biopsy in our hospilal from June 2011 lo June 2016 were selecled and divided inlo lype-B ullrasonic group and CT group, wilh 40 cases in each group. lype-B ullrasonic group performed biopsy cenlesis wilh PENDAXN EG-3830UT ullrasound, while CT group chose punclure posilion and punclure poinl based on CT scanner for posilioning and guiding, lhen lhe punclure and diagnosis effecl were compared belween lhe lwo groups, and epidermal group foulor expression and incidence of complicalions were analyzed. Results All lhe palienls of CT group achieved a one-lime successful punclure (100.0%), and lype-B group ullrasonic achieved 32 palienls (80%) wilh one-lime punclure, 5 palienls (12.5%) wilh lwo-lime punclure, 3 cases (7.5%) wilh lhree-lime punclure. 36 palienls of CT group were diagnosed wilh lung caner, and 32 palienls in Group lype-B ullrasonic were diagnosed wilh lung cancer. The posilive rale of epidermal growlh faclor expression inCT group was 95.0%, and lhal in lype-B group ullrasonic was 82.5%. The incidence of complicalions in CT group was fewer lhan lhal in lype-B group ullrasonic. Conclusion CT-guided perculaneous biopsy for delecling lhe expression of epidermal growlh faclor receplor of in lhe diagnosis of lung cancer has significanl promoling value.
