摘要
目的分析光固化流动树脂在粘接正畸托槽中的应用价值。方法病例为2011年10月至2016年11月我院口腔科门诊诊治的正畸初诊患者128例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组应用京津牙釉质粘合树脂粘接正畸托槽,观察组应用光固化流动树脂粘接正畸托槽,统计两组患者托槽抗剪切强度、ARI评分及托槽脱落情况。结果观察组托槽抗剪切强度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组ARI评分及ARI各项评分占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);粘接后3个月,观察组托槽脱落率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论光固化流动树脂在粘接正畸托槽中有较强的抗剪切强度,托槽脱落风险较低,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of light cured flowable resin in bonding orthodontic brackets.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of patients with malocclusion from October 2011 to November 2016 in the outpatient of stomatology department in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with64 cases in each group. The control group used enamel adhesive resin in bonding orthodontic brackets, while the observation group used light cured flowable resin in bonding orthodontic brackets, then the shear bond strength, ARI score and bracket shedding were measured in the two groups. Results The shear bond strength of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the ARI scores and proportion of ARI scores between the two groups(P〉0.05). After 3 months of adhesion, the bracket shedding rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Light cured flowable resin has strong anti shear strength in bonding orthodontic brackets, bracket shedding risk is low, which is worthy promoting.
