摘要 低热值煤泥煤矸石电厂超低排放改造,在改造过程中有多种技术工艺路线,本文针对低热值煤泥煤矸石电厂超低排放改造过程中的采用的工艺路线和运行实际案例进行对比,得出采用基于流态重构节能环保型循环流化床锅炉+炉内脱硫+SNCR+超净布袋除尘+静置式固定床脱硫脱硝装置工艺,技术路线不仅能够满足机组污染物超低排放标准,是比较经济科学的工艺技术路线,并且具有超低排放示范工程研究意义。 Low calorific value transformation of ultra low emission coal gangue power plant, a variety of technical process in the transformationprocess, this paper adopts the technology of low calorific value and operation of actual case of slime gangue power plant with ultra low emissionin the process of transformation were compared, obtained by flow reconstruction of desulfurization +SNCR+ energy saving circulating fluidizedbed boiler furnace+ super net bag+ static fixed bed desulfurization denitration device based on technology, technology can not only satisfy theunit ultra low pollutants emission standards, is the technology of economic science, and has low discharge demonstration engineering signifi-cance.
