摘要
在"一带一路"新背景下,对港口物流运作提出了新的要求,同时物流的兴起和发展对推动港口的发展创造了新的机遇。研究沿海港口物流的策略对现代化港口发展具有重要意义。通过对三亚南山港货运港的物流发展进行研究,运用SWOT分析法从该港口内部的物流设施设备条件、管理化水平、信息化程度、人才需求与储备等方面分析该港口的优劣势,将外部环境与同行业进行比较,从所处的大环境对该港口的机会和威胁进行分析,最后针对南山港口物流发展提出战略对策。
Under the new background of “The Belt and Road”, it puts forward new requirements to the opera-tion of port logistics,at the same time in the rise and development of the logistics created nepromote the development of port. Therefore studying the strategy of coastal port logistics of modern port devel-opment is great significance. In this paper, the research of Sanya port logistics are mainly for freight port of port of Nanshan, with emphasis on the current situation of logistics development research. To the port with theSWOT analysis method,from the internal conditions of logistics facilities, management level and informatization degree,and reserve talent demand and so on, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the port, the external environment compared with the same industry, from the environment carries on the analysis of the opportunities and threats of the port,finally aimed at SanyaNanshan port logistics development strategic pu forward.
