摘要
为提高塑料异型材包装的自动化水平,降低工人的劳动强度,研制了一条型材自动化包装线。通过分析传统的手工包装工艺流程,结合型材包装的特点以及技术要求,采用模块化设计理念给出了自动型材包装线的总体设计方案,并对包装线关键机构进行设计。实际应用表明:该自动化包装线设计合理,可显著提高包装效率,且包装美观漂亮,自动化信息化程度高,既节约了成本,又提高了产品的档次和包装质量。
To improve the level of automation of plastic profile packaging,reduce the labor intensity of workers,an automatic packaging line for plastic profile is developed.By analyzing the traditional manual packaging process,combined with the characteristics and technical requirements of profile packaging,the overall design scheme of the automatic profile packaging line is given by using the modular design concept,and the key mechanism of the packaging line is designed.The actual production shows that the design of automated packaging line is reasonable,which can significantly improve the packaging efficiency and product appearance,with high degree of automation level and low cost.
