摘要
延迟焦化装置主要加工减底渣油,其中含有较多的硫、氮、胶质及金属等杂质,生产过程中在分馏塔及塔顶冷却器等部位造成结盐(结垢),增加分馏系统工艺操作难度。分馏系统的平稳运行对装置的长周期运行至关重要。本文基于中国石化胜利油田分公司石油化工总厂减压塔、延迟焦化装置分馏塔、重油催化装置分馏塔内部结盐的现状及结盐的原因进行了剖析,并针对分馏塔结盐的几种有效处理方法进行了技术对比。
Delayed coking unit mainly processes residual oil which contains many impurities such as sulfur,nitrogen,resin,metal,etc. In the production process,saltsbuildup in the fractionator and the tower cooler,bringing more difficulties in operating the fractionation system. How to guarantee the long period operation of the fractionation system has become an important technology issue. This article analyzed the cause of the fractionating column salting,and carried out a technical comparison about several effective treatment methods for fractionation tower salting,based on the salting situation of the vacuum distillation tower,the fractionating column of the delayed coking device and the heavy oil catalytic device in Sinopec shengli oilfield general petrochemical works.
