车削加工表面粗糙度建模现状研究 被引量:9

摘要 表面粗糙度是表征加工质量的一个重要参数,对加工工件的性能有着重要影响,对表面粗糙度进行建模,可在加工前预测加工工件的粗糙度,进而提高加工质量,因此有必要对车削表面粗糙度的建模方法进行研究。文中将建模方法分成了理论建模和经验参数建模两种方法,针对理论建模方法,主要从机床、刀具、材料等方面分析影响表面粗糙度的因素,并分别介绍了各个影响因素的建模方法;对于经验参数建模方法,主要从具体使用的数学模型的角度,介绍了各种方法的建模过程。最后,对理论建模和经验建模两种方法进行了比较,阐明了各自的特点。 Surface roughness is one of the important parameters to characterize surface quality as achieved, and itaffects the function of the workpiece heavily. Establishing the surface roughness model can predict the surfaceroughness of the machined workpiece, and then the machining quality can be improved. Therefore, it is of greatimportance to explore the methods for modeling the surface roughness. The methods to model the surface roughness aredivided into theoretical approaches and empirical parameter solutions. For the theoretical modeling approaches, theinfluence factors of machine tool, cutting tool, material property of workpiece, and etc., are analyzed, and the modelingmethods concerning each factor are introduced. Secondly, the empirical parameter modeling methods are individuallyintroduced in terms of the specific mathematical model as employed. Finally, the theoretical modeling methods andempirical parameter modeling methods are compared, and the characters of which are elucidated respectively.
