摘要
经过近十年的发展,我国绿色建筑进入了快速发展阶段。但是大部分绿色建筑的运行效果却没有达到设计的目标,这显然与我国发展绿色建筑,实现节能减排的理念不符。为了我国绿色建筑能够真正地实现节能与环保,针对绿色建筑运营阶段的管理现状进行介绍,指出绿色建筑在运行管理中存在的问题及解决办法,为我国绿色建筑的健康发展提供参考意见。
After nearly ten years of development,green building has entered a rapid development stage in China. However,most of the green building operation have not reached the design goal,which is clearly inconsistent with the development of green building,energy conservation and emission reduction concept. In order to make the Chinese green building to achieve the real energy saving and environmental protection,this paper introduces the present management situation of green building operation,points out the problems existing in the operation and management of green buildings,and provides some suggestions for the healthy development of green buildings in china.
