摘要 综合管廊是将各种管线集约化,是城市基础设施现代化建设的趋势,是城市发展到一定阶段的必然结果。BIM是工程建设领域的一次技术革新,是实现将工程项目模拟化、信息化、智慧化的有效途径。以山东省某综合管廊为对象,建立地下综合管廊BIM三维可视化模型,通过模型的信息共享和集成处理,建立基于BIM技术的综合管廊设计协同平台,以解决设计各专业间的信息不对称,提高管廊设计质量与设计效率。 Municipal tunnel is an intensification of all kinds of pipelines,which is the trend of modernization of urban infrastructure as well as an inevitable result of the development of city. BIM is a technological innovation in the AEC industry. It is an effective way to realize the informatization,simulation and intelligence of the project. In this paper,a municipal tunnel in Shandong Province is taken as an example to establish a3 D visualization model of BIM. Through the information sharing and integration of the model,the information asymmetry between different design groups was solved and the design quality as well as efficiency of municipal tunnel was improved.
