摘要
高校廉政文化建设是促进校园和谐稳定发展的重要因素。高校廉政文化建设的目标是通过开展教育、健全制度、规范言行、营造氛围,在师生员工中形成崇尚廉洁的文化意识。当前高校廉政文化建设发展缓慢,全员参与廉政文化建设没有得到足够的重视,廉政文化建设主体缺乏主动参与意识,缺乏有效参与的渠道,缺乏参与的制度保障。构建廉政文化建设全员参与机制是高校廉政建设的关键。提高高校党政干部、教职员工、学生参与主体的主动性,扩宽参与渠道,构建参与制度,是高校廉政文化建设取得成效的重要保证。
The construction of a clean and honest government culture in collgeg is an important factor to promote the harmonious and stable development of campus. The goal of building an honest and clean government culture is to create an atmosphere of education, sound system, standard words and deeds, and to form a cultural consciousness to advocate honesty and integrity in the teachers and students. At present, the construction of clean government culture is not included in the overall planning of the construction of campus culture. It lacks of active participation in the main body of the cultural construction of the main channel and of effective participation of the channels and of participation in the system of protection. Full participation is the basis for the construction of a clean and honest government culture. Building a long-term mechanism of full participation in the construction of a clean and honest government is the fundamental of anti corruption. The construction of a clean government culture to achieve results are important guarantee to improve the initiative of the party and government cadres in Colleges and universities, faculty, staff and students involved in the subject, broaden the channels of participation, participation in construction of system.
