摘要
目的探讨平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘(冷喘)急性发作的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年7月至2015年7月收治的50例支气管哮喘(冷喘)急性发作期的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者采用常规西医方式进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行平喘汤治疗,1周为1个疗程,比较两组患者治疗前、后的EOS、Ig E、PEF的改善状况和临床效果。结果经过平喘汤治疗的观察组治疗总有效率达到96.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组EOS、Ig E、PEF指标水平都有所改善,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的EOS、Ig E、PEF指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘(冷喘)急性发作的临床效果良好,可有效改善患者的临床症状,进而促进身心健康,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore lhe clinical effecl of Pingchuan decoclion in lhe lrealmenl of acule exacerbalion of bronchial asthma （cold asthma）. Methods Fifty patients with bronchial asthma （cold asthma） admitted in our hospilal during lhe period from July 2012 loJuly 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and lhe observation group was treated with Pingchuan decoclion on lhe basis of lhe control group, one week as a course of lrealmenl. The clinical effecl, levels of EOS, IgE and PEF were compared between lhe two groups before and after lrealmenl. Results After lrealmenl with Pingchuan decoclion, lhe total effective rale of lhe observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 76.0% of lhe control group （ P〈0.05）; after lrealmenl, lhe levels of EOS, IgE, PEF in lhe two groups significantly improved （ P〈0.05）, and lhe levels of EOS, IgE and PEF in lhe observation were significantly superior to those in lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effecl of Pingchuan decoclion in lhe lrealmenl of acule exacerbalion of bronchial asthma （cold asthma） is very good. It can effectively improve lhe clinical symptoms of lhe patients and improve their physical and mental health and quality of life.
