摘要
目的探究四肢骨折治疗中微创经皮钢板植入术的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月至2016年3月于我院接受治疗的四肢骨折患者620例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组310例。给予对照组患者传统切开复位内固定术进行治疗,给予观察组患者微创经皮钢板植入术进行治疗。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、临床治疗效果、并发症发生情况以及骨折愈合情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(2.63±0.12)h,住院时间为(15.86±1.48)d,均显著短于对照组的(2.92±0.14)h、(18.54±1.66)d;观察组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症总发生率及骨折愈合率分别为98.06%、9.03%、98.06%,均显著优于对照组的89.68%、31.29%、85.48%(P<0.05)。结论在四肢骨折的治疗中,微创经皮钢板植入术的临床应用效果显著,可促进患者预后,显著缩短患者的住院时间,并降低并发症的发生率,因此值得在临床治疗中大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods A total of 620 patients with limb fractures treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with310 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation.The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. The operation time, length of stay, clinical treatment, complications and fracture healing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was(2.63±0.12) h, and the hospitalization time was(15.86±1.48) d,which were significantly shorter than(2.92±0.14)h,(18.54±1.66)d of the control group; the total effective rate, total complication incidence rate and fracture healing rate of the observation group were 98.06%, 9.03% and 98.06% respectively, which were significantly better than 89.68%, 31.29% and 85.48% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation has significant clinical effect on limb fractures, and can improve the prognosis of patients,shorten the hospitalization time, and reduce the incidence of complications, so it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
