摘要
针对BZ25-1油田开发现状,在室内开展聚合物纳米微球调驱体系性能评价,通过物理模拟实验,对其封堵和调驱性能进行研究。结果表明,BZ25-1油田用聚合物微球平均直径100nm,水化时间3~5 d,膨胀性较好,抗压强度优良。聚合物微球在高低渗岩心中封堵率分别为94.56%和92.78%,且对非均质油藏具有较好的驱油效果,在高低渗层采收率分别提高19.3%和9.2%。
In view of the development status quo of BZ25-1 Oilfield,the performance of a polymer nanospheres profile control system was evaluated in laboratory,and the plugging and profile control properties of this profile control system were studied via physical simulation experiment.The results of study have shown that the the average microsphere diameter of the polymer used in BZ25-1 Oilfield is 100 nm,the hydration time of the polymer is 3 to 5 d,and both the expansibility and compression strength of the polymer are good.The plugging rate of the polymer microspheres in high permeability core and that in low permeability core are 94.56% and 92.78% respectively,and they have exhibited good oil displacement effect when used in heterogeneous oil reservoir with the recovery efficiency in high permeability layer and that in low permeability layer being 19.3% and 9.2% respectively.
