摘要
文章介绍了卫生人力资源配置的相关概念;从全国、省内、区域、医院四个层面,分析了卫生人力资源配置现状;通过计算,得出了新城区综合医院人力资源配置需求;阐述了新城区综合医院人力资源配置的原则,并提出了具体建议。
The article introduces the related concepts of health human resource allocation, analyzes the current situation of health human resource allocation from four levels： national, provincial, regional and hospital. Through calculation, it obtains the demand of human resource allocation in the new urban general hospitals; expounds the new urban general hospital human resource allocation principles, and proposes specific recommendations.
