探讨颈动脉超声在筛查颈动脉狭窄及脑卒中高危人群中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究分析颈动脉狭窄和脑卒中高危群体筛查使用颈动脉超声诊断的临床效果,给临床防治脑卒中提供依据。方法根据2012年2月—2013年5月我院的160例接受颈动脉超声诊断的患者来进行研究,分成两组,有42例患者年龄不超过60岁,有118例患者超过60岁,对这两组患者的临床检查情况进行对比分析。结果年龄超过60岁的患者发生下肢动脉疾病、冠心病、糖尿病、高血压等心血管疾病的概率要比不超过60岁患者要高,两组的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。颈动脉狭窄和脑卒中的高发群体是超过60岁的群体以及患有下肢动脉疾病、冠心病的群体。结论通过颈动脉超声检查,能准确判定颈动脉狭窄部位及程度,可检出无症状颈动脉狭窄患者和脑卒中高危人群,为脑卒中防治提供可靠依据。 Objective To study the clinical effect of carotid ultrasound diagnosis in high-risk group screening of carotid artery stenosis and stroke, so as to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of stroke. Methods From February 2012 to May 2013, 160 patients underwent carotid ultrasound were studied in our hospital, divided into two groups, there were 42 patients aged no more than 60 years, and 118 patients over 60 years old, clinical examination of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results Over the age of 60 patients with lower extremity arterial disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and other cardiovascular disease risk than not more than 60 years of age were higher, the results of the two groups has statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). Carotid artery stenosis and stroke were the most common group of people over 60 years old, and those with lower extremity arterial disease and coronary heart disease. Conclusion Carotid ultrasound examination can accurately determine the location and extent of carotid stenosis, can detect asymptomatic carotid stenosis patients and high-risk groups of stroke, and provide reliable basis for the prevention and treatment of stroke.
