摘要
目的评价日间手术模式腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理的工作效果。方法选取2016年1—6月行日间手术模式腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC/DS)治疗患者90例和住院腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗患者90例,分别为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者住院时间、术前等待时间、治疗总费用,并进行满意度调查。结果观察组患者平均住院时间、术前等待时间、总治疗费用较对照组有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康教育满意率为88.3%,低于对照组的96.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LC/DS护理根据LC/DS特点,优化护理流程,更新护理措施,将护理工作前移,加强各环节健康宣教和护理延伸,在提高医院床位周转率、降低医疗费用的同时,获得患者较高的满意度,取得良好成效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of day surgery mode laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing. Methods From January to June 2016, 90 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC/DS） treated by day surgery mode and 90 cases treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） in our hospital were selected, and they were named as the observation group and the control group respectively. The hospitalization time, preoperative waiting time, total treatment cost and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The average hospitalization time, preoperative waiting time and total treatment cost of the observation group had obvious advantages compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of health education in the observation group was 88.3%, which was lower than 96.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion LC/DS care according to the characteristics of LC/DS, optimize nursing process, update nursing, nursing work forward, to strengthen all aspects of health education and nursing in extension, improve hospital bed turnover rate, reduce medical costs at the same time, with a higher degree of satisfaction, achieved good results.
