摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)是多种原因引起的睡眠呼吸疾病。由于长期缺氧,OSAHS患者的执行功能、记忆、运动协调、注意力和认知等功能会下降。近些年来,一些学者对OSAHS患者的脑结构及静息态脑功能进行了研究,发现这些患者的大脑结构及功能有着一定的变化,并且这些大脑的变化和患者的一些认知功能和行为功能的下降有着一定的联系。作者对OSAHS的脑结构及脑功能的变化进行综述,旨在对OSAHS的神经影像学及临床的诊断和治疗方面有所帮助。 Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a sleep respiratory disease induced by a variety of factors. The chronic hypoxia can lead to a decrease in executive function, memory, motor coordination, attention, and cognition. In recent years, some scholars have studied the brain structure and resting state brain function in patients with OSAHS. They found that the brain structure and function in patients with OSAHS have a certain change and these changes in the brain are associated with some cognitive and behavioral decline in the patient. This article will review the changes in brain structure and brain function of OSAHS, and hope to have some assistance in the neuroimaging and clinical diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.
