摘要
以氯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷和六甲基二硅氧烷为原料,采用HCl质量分数34%~36%的盐酸为催化剂合成不同结构类型的低黏度氯丙基硅油,然后对氯丙基硅油进行N-甲基咪唑功能化反应制备咪唑基聚硅氧烷,并对其结构进行了FT-IR、~1H NMR表征。基于咪唑基聚硅氧烷含有咪唑阳离子和SiOSi疏水链具有双亲分子的特性,对其表面张力进行测定,结果表明:咪唑基聚硅氧烷能将水溶液表面张力降低至30~44 mN/m。
Low viscosity silicone oil was prepared by chloropropylmethyldimethoxysilane, hexamethyldisi- loxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, and then quaternization reaction with N-methylimidazole. The structures were characterized by FT-IR and 1 H NMR. The polysiloxane with imidazolium group are an amphiphilic mole-cule structure, which contains hydrophilic imidazolium cationic segment and hydrophobic grouping chain (Si-O-Si). It is found that the polysiloxane with imidazolium can reduce the water surface tension upto 30-44mN/m.
