摘要
随着社会经济日益繁荣发展,人类参与社会经济活动日益频繁,使得废水、废气以及固体废物的产出量逐渐增多,环境的吸纳空间也逐渐趋于狭窄,从而造成了非常严重的环境污染,破坏生态平衡,降低了人们生活环境的质量。因此需要将规划环境影响评价引入生态规划中,重新阐述二者的关系与定位,使其更加符合我国可持续发展的原则,严格遵守基本的限制要求与生态原则,将其作为规划环境影响评价的基本准则与评价依据。本文将对规划环境影响评价与生态规划的现状分别进行论述与分析,继而探讨出二者之间的定位与关系,以供参考。

This paper will discuss and analyze separately the status quo of planning environmental impact assessment and ecological planning, and then explore the positioning and relationship between the two for reference.
