校企合作“双主体”办学的实践与反思——陕西工商职业学院报关与国际货运专业的案例研究

摘要 校企合作"双主体"办学是现代职业教育发展的必然要求,也是产教融合的重要途径。陕西工商职业学院报关与国际货运专业在人才培养过程中与海程邦达国际物流有限公司开展了全方位的"双主体"办学实践,在专业认知教育、师资培训、课程教学、资源建设、实习实训、教改研究和技能竞赛等方面取得了比较突出的成果。要进一步深化"双主体"办学,企业还需投入更多资源,学校还应积极变革、主动作为,行业组织要有效发挥桥梁纽带作用,教育行政部门要给予更多的教学指导和政策支持。 School enterprise cooperation is a necessary requirement for the development of modern vocational education,as well as an important approach to the integration of production and education.The major of Customs Declaration and International Freight Transportation of Shaanxi Business college carried out a full range of "double subject"school running mode in educational practice.making outstanding achievements in aspects of professional cognitive education,teacher training,curriculum,teaching resources construction,internship and practical training,teaching reform research and skills competition.To further deepen the "double subject "school running,it needs that the enterprises should invest more resources,schools should reform actively and take initiative actions,industry organizations should effectively play the role a bridge and educational administrative departments should give more teaching guidance and policy support.
