摘要
粮食流通环节的通畅关乎粮食产业整体价值链的提升。以江苏粮食流通环节为研究对象,从粮食流通政策、农户储粮、粮食经纪人、仓储企业、加工企业等环节存在的突出问题着手,深入分析粮食流通不畅可能会给整个粮食产业带来的影响。最后从粮食生产、收储、加工、品牌、产销形式和新型经营主体等方面提出提升江苏粮食流通效率的政策建议。
Grain circulation is the key to increase the value of food industry chain. Based on the grain circulation in Jiangsu province as the research object, from the perspective of grain circulation policy, farmer storage, food agents, warehousing enterprises, processing enterprises, the effects of the whole food industry was in-depth for the problems of the grain circulation may bring. Finally, some pol- icy recommendations to the improve the efficiency of grain circulation were put forward from the food production, collection and stor- age, processing, brand, production and marketing form and the new operators in Jiangsu.
