摘要 为实现对谐波减速器上精密柔性薄壁轴承性能的测试,搭建薄壁轴承性能测试平台,设计测试平台的机械、电气、辅助及数据采集系统,并对设计的薄壁轴承性能测试平台进行初步试验。该薄壁轴承性能测试平台可模拟谐波减速器精密柔性薄壁轴承的高速、动载、长期运行等复杂工况,在线实时检测薄壁轴承的转速、载荷、温度、振动噪声、轴心轨迹等参数,为薄壁轴承的制造与性能评价提供可靠的实验条件和试验数据。 In order to test the performance of thin-wall bearing for harmonic drive reducer, a performance testing rig for thin-wall bearing was designed, which is composed of mechanical part, electrical party auxiliary part and data-acquisition part.The preliminary test of the testing rig was also carried out.The testing rig can simulate the complex working condition of thin-wall bearing, such as high speed, dynamic load and long-time running.The testing rig can also online detect the pa- rameters of thin-wall bearing, such as rotating speed,load, temperature, vibration and axis center track,which provides reli-able experimental conditions and data for the manufacturing and performance evaluation for thin-wall bearing
