摘要
石墨烯因其优异的物理化学特性,在能量存储、光电通信、航空航天等领域具有极大的潜在应用价值,近年来受到科研工作者和企业的广泛关注,而石墨烯的规模化制备成为研究热点之一。综述了石墨烯制备方法及应用的研究进展,包括石墨的自上而下剥离(top-down)和基体上自下而上的生长(bottom-up)两大类制备方法,重点介绍了石墨烯在锂离子电池和超级电容器中的应用,总结出两类石墨烯制备方法的优缺点并分析了石墨烯的应用前景,展望了石墨烯的制备方法和应用的发展趋势。
Due to the excellent physical and chemical properties, graphene has great potential application in energy storage, optical communication, aerospace and other fields. It has attracted wide interest of researchers and enterprises in recent years,and its large-scale preparation has become a research hotspot. In this paper, the research progress of preparation and application of graphene was summarized, including top-down and bottom-up methods for preparing graphene and its particular application in lithium ion batteries and supercapacitors. Furthermore, advantages and disadvantages of the two synthesis methods were analyzed as well as application prospects of graphene. The development trend of preparation methods and application fields of graphene were also prospected.
