摘要
高良姜是药食两用中药材,在临床上主要用于治疗胃肠道疾病。随着现代科研技术水平的不断提高,高良姜药理活性得到了进一步研究。高良姜在抗氧化、抗肿瘤增殖及抗炎镇痛等方面具有显著的药效,其作用机制得到了深入研究,临床应用范围得到了一定程度的扩展。本文就近年来关于高良姜药理活性研究进展进行归纳和总结,并做详细的综述。
Alpinia Officinaruim Hance （also called Galangal） is a Chinese herbal for both medicine and food, which is mainly used for gastrointestinal diseases in clinical trials. With modem research, new pharmacological activity of Galangal has been discovered. Galangal has a significant anti-oxidant, anti-cancer and anti- inflammatory effect. Its pharmacological mechanism has been studied clearly and clinical application expaneded. This paper summarized the research progress of pharmacological activity of Galangal in recent years, and made a detailed review.
