摘要
供热机组以热定电的运行方式导致其调峰能力不足,储热罐作为一种蓄能手段能够从一定程度上实现供热机组热电解耦,提高机组调峰能力。本文采用图解法分析了储热罐与供热机组的热力学特性以及配备储热罐的供热机组运行特性,通过计算储热罐储热流量范围,分析了供热机组调峰能力区间。结果表明,该方法原理简单,计算量小,可拟合出储热罐与供热抽汽系统运行的定值曲线,为机组的安全灵活运行提供指导。
The "power determined by heat" operation mode limits the peak regulation ability of combined heat and power (CHP) units. As an energy storage method, thermal storage device can solve the power-heat decoupling problem and enhance the load peak regulation capacity of units. By using the graph method, the thermodynamic behavior of CHP unit equipped with thermal storage device was investigated. The heat accumulation rate of the thermal storage device was constrained, and the peak regulation ability of CHP units with thermal storage device was calculated. The result shows the presented method can gain the operation setpoint of CHP unit and its thermal storage device briefly and intuitively, which provides guidance for safe and flexible operation of the unit.
