摘要 以超超临界机组锅炉高温过热器用耐热钢T92为研究对象,考虑了过热器工作过程中的应力因素,采取螺栓预紧方式对C型试样施加应力,然后涂盐进行高温腐蚀试验。结果表明:700℃下复合硫酸盐的熔融与挥发在一定程度上影响了T92钢涂盐试样的高温腐蚀行为;未加载应力时,700℃下T92钢腐蚀以高温氧化为主;加载应力时,700℃下应力能加快涂盐T92钢的腐蚀速度。对于大型锅炉过热器的T92钢管道,运行过程中需注意其应力变化对高温作业的影响。 Taking the heat-resistant steel T92 used for high temperature superheater of ultra supercritical boilers as the research object, considering the stress factors in the working process of the superheater, the stress was applied to the C-type specimen in advance by bolting, then the high temperature salt test was carried out in muffle furnace. The results show that, to a certain extent, the melting and volatilization of the composite sulphate at 700 ℃ affected the high temperature corrosion behavior of the coated samples of T92 steel. In the case of stress-free loading, the corrosion form of the T92 steel at 700 ℃ was mainly high temperature oxidation. In the case of stress loading, the stress at 700 ℃ had a positive effect on salt corrosion. For T92 steel pipelines in superheaters of large scale boilers, the effect of stress change on high temperature performance of the pipe should be noticed during the operation.
