俄供机组低温再热器管停用腐蚀及保养 被引量:6

Factors influencing laying up corrosion of low temperature reheater tubes in Russian-made units

摘要 俄供机组低温再热器管内壁腐蚀与停机保养阶段环境因素的控制密切相关。通过模拟实验,研究相对湿度、温度等环境因素以及停机加药措施对存在积盐的低温再热器(12Cr Mo V材质)腐蚀的影响。结果表明:湿度对低温再热器腐蚀的影响最大,控制相对湿度低于40%,可使存在积盐的低温再热器达到免蚀。建议使用活性胺对存在积盐的低温再热器进行保护。针对俄供机组不同的停备用时间,提出了以降低系统湿度为主的停炉保养措施。 The corrosion of low temperature reheater tubes in Russian-made unitts has close relationship with the control of environmental factors during the unit's shutdown maintenance phase. Through simulated tests, the influences of environmental factors, such as the relative humidity and temperature, and chemical dosing process on the corrosion of low temperature reheater material (12CrMoV) with salts deposition were analyzed. The results indicate that, the relative humidity affected the most, keeping the relative humidity lower than 40% can prevent the corrosion on the low temperature reheater material with salts deposition. It suggests the active amine be used to protect the low temperature reheater material. Shutdown maintenances for Russian-made unitts are proposed with consideration of the shutdown time.
