电站贫煤锅炉掺烧高硫劣质煤的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究掺烧劣质煤对锅炉的影响,对某厂贫煤锅炉进行了掺烧高硫劣质煤试验。通过观测燃烧贫煤、掺烧20%、40%、60%及80%高硫劣质煤后锅炉各项运行参数,分析了相应工况下锅炉的安全性、经济性及环保特性。研究结果表明:掺烧劣质煤后,烟气中SO_2浓度升高,而NO_x浓度随劣质煤掺烧比例增大而降低;掺烧后锅炉排烟温度降低,排烟热损失下降,同时固体未完全燃烧,热损失增大,所以锅炉整体效率变化不大。掺烧40%高硫劣质煤后,通过燃烧调整,能够保证锅炉主要运行参数在安全范围内波动,未发生低温腐蚀现象,磨煤机出力也能够达到满负荷下要求,炉膛结焦不严重,劣质煤掺烧比例40%时供电成本最小,说明该配煤方案最为经济。 In order to study the influence of low-quality coal on boiler, a coal-fired boiler with high sulfur and low quality coal was experimented. The safety, economic and environmental characteristics of the boiler under the corresponding working conditions were analyzed by observing the operating parameters of the boiler after burning the lean coal, burning 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% high sulfur and low quality coal. The results show that the concentration of SOs in flue gas increases with the addition of inferior coal, and the NOx concentration decreases with the increase of the proportion of inferior coal blending. The boiler exhaust temperature decreases and the heat loss decreases completely burned, heat loss increases, so the overall efficiency of the boiler changes little. After burning 40% high sulfur low quality coal, through the combustion adjustment, to ensure that the main operating parameters of the boiler fluctuations in the safety range, no low temperature corrosion phenomenon, the coal mill output can also meet the requirements of full load, the furnace coke is not serious, poor quality Coal burning ratio of 40% when the minimum cost of electricity, indicating that the coal mining program is the most economical.
