耳后注射MP治疗SSD的疗效及对血清NOx和CRP水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨耳后注射甲泼尼龙(MP)治疗重度感音神经性耳聋(SSD)的疗效及对血清氮氧化物(NOx)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法将医院收治的126例SSD患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,均给予改善耳内微循环、降低纤维蛋白原药物和营养神经等基础治疗。在此基础上,对照组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉注射,观察组给予泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射。比较两组治疗后的听力、疗效和血清NOx及CRP水平变化。结果治疗后,观察组在125~250 Hz和125~500 Hz频段的听力提升幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清NOx和CRP水平均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清NOx水平明显升高,CRP水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的改善幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳后注射MP治疗SSD,能够有效改善患者听力,提高治疗总有效率,可能与有效调控血清NOx和CRP水平有关。 Objective To explore the effects of postauricular injection of methylprednisolone (MP) in the treatment of severe sensorineural deafness (SSD) and the impacts on serum nitrogen oxide (NOx) and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels. Methods A total of 126 patients with SSD admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (n= 63, respectively). The two groups were treated with basic therapies, such as improvement of the inner ear microcirculation, reduction of fibrinogen and trophic nerve drugs. On this basis, the control group was additionally treated with MP by intravenous injection and the observation group with MP by postauricular injection. The post-treatment hearing, effects and serum NOx and CRP levels between the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the heating improvement at 125-250 Hz and 125-500 Hz bands was significantly greater than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05), and the overall response rate (ORR) was much higher than that in the control greup(P 〈 0.05). Before the treatment, the serum NOx and CRP levels showed no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05); after the treatment, the serum NOx levels increased significantly, CRP levels decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of SSD with MP by postauricular injection can effectively improve the hearing of patients and the ORR. This may be correlated to the effective regulation of NO and CRP levels.
