摘要
改革开放四十年来,中国法治事件报道始终伴随着中国法治建设的进程,媒体在传播法治理念、报道法治事件、推进国家法治建设方面取得了巨大的成就。然而,由于媒体在法治报道方面专业化程度不高,导致了一些热点法治事件在报道中偏离了客观、真实的轨道,扰乱了社会秩序,也歪曲了司法的公正和权威。文章将在叙事学的语境下,通过对热点法治事件报道的深入分析,从叙事视角、叙事立场、叙事语言、意识形态等角度探讨媒体在报道热点法治事件时应具备的技术和艺术,从而提升媒体法治新闻的叙事能力,为热点法治事件报道提供更好的实践策略。
During the 40-year reform and opening-up, the reports of Chinese legal events are always accompanied by China＇s efforts and achievements in promoting the rule of law. The media has made great achievements in communicating the concept of the rule of law, reporting legal events and promoting the establishment of national rule of law. However, due to the lack of professional spirit of the media in reporting of the rule of law, some reports of hot legal events deviate from the truth and fact, which not only disturbs social order, but also weakens the bases of justice and authority. This paper is going to research the technique and art in the reports of hot legal events. And the author is going to discuss this question from different angles including narrative perspective, narrative standpoint, narrative language, ideology etc. Through in-depth analysis of the reports of hot law events, this paper can help to enhance the narrative ability of the media law news, and provide better practice strategies for the reports of hot legal events.
