摘要
运用PEST-SWOT调研了上海市10家医疗卫生机构的员工关爱工作开展现状,针对现行员工关爱项目内容存在的瓶颈和困惑,通过明确目标,确定服务模式、内容和流程,探索出一套适合医疗卫生行业的员工关爱计划服务模式和应用策略,为医院人本化管理真正落实提供有力支撑。
The PEST-SWOT analysis was conducted by investigating the status quo of employee care in 10 health-care institutions in Shanghai. Based on the bottleneck and confusion of the contents of the current employee care project, a set of EAP service model and application strategy suitable for the medical and health industry was explored through a clear goal, determination of service mode, content and process, which provided a strong practical implementation for the hospital humanized management support.
