基于外高桥场地大型半潜平台整体干拖可行性研究

摘要 半潜平台相较于其他型式平台,具有甲板面积大、可变载荷大以及水动力性能良好等优点,尤其适用于 恶劣海况条件.半潜式海洋平台应用广泛,但其建造、运输、安装成本高昂.为降低成本,船厂会在保证安 全的前提下、在建造场地及吊装能力满足的条件下,采用主体结构和上部结构分开建造;然后进行整体组装 和测试;最终,以整体湿拖出坞,离岸整体装船、运输的方式,完成这一流程.论文以南海某典型深水气田 大型半潜式生产平台为目标平台,以外高桥造船厂为建造场地,以舟山锚地为装船地点;对目标平台整体出 坞、整体装船、整船运输的可行性及安全性,进行重点研究和分析;掌握其中的重要技术特点,为类似的大 型平台的整体出坞、装船、运输提供参考. Compared with other types of platforms, semi-submersible offshore platform has a large deck area, variable loadings and well hydrodynamic performance, but high construction cost. Main structure and the upper structure will be constructed separately on the premise of the security and lifting capacity, and then assembly and test will be carried out. In this paper, SWS is taken as the construction site, overall research on the target platform is performed on aspects of the feasibility and safety of the overall undock, offshore load-out and dry towing. The results might be a useful reference for the design and over all construction of similar kind of semi-submersible platforms.
