电沉积法制备铁氰化铈/Nafion复合物纳米颗粒及其对多巴胺电催化氧化性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用电沉积法沉积铁氰化铈(CeHCF)纳米颗粒,在Nafion修饰的玻碳电极表面电沉积致密的、分散性良好的铁氰化铈纳米粒子。用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对铁氰化铈纳米颗粒的形貌进行了表征。利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了多巴胺在铁氰化铈/Nafion修饰玻碳电极(CeHCF/NF/GCE)表面上的电化学行为。研究表明,CeHCF/NF/GCE对多巴胺具有良好的电催化氧化作用,该传感器对多巴胺在一定浓度下呈良好的线性关系,其线性范围是1.0×10^(-7)~3.4×10^(-4)mol/L。检测限为0.2×10^(-7)mol/L(S/N=3)。 The high- density and well -dispered cerium hexacyanoferrate (CeHCF) were deposited onto nation (NF) modified glassy carbon electrode by electrodeposition method. The morphology of the as-prepared CeHCF/NF products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The electrochemical behaviour of dopamine (DA) on CeHCF/NF modified glassy carbon electrode was studied using cyclic voltammetry (CV). The experimental results indicated the CeHCF/ NF/GCE showed excellent catalytic activity for DA. The oxidation peak current were linearly correlate with the concentration of DA over the range of 1.0 × 10^-7 - 3.4 × 10^-4mol/L, with a correlation coefficient of 0. 993. The detection limit was 0. 2×10^-7mol/L based on a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The as-prepared sensor demonstrated other advantages including its simple preparation, good reoroducibilitv and stability.
