摘要
从压力容器所处的海洋环境、海上设施的设计理念、橇装设计标准和规范、设计资质和取证要求等方面出发,介绍了海上固定平台橇装式压力容器相对于陆地压力容器的不同特点和橇装设计的一些注意事项。重点阐述了海上压力容器设计过程中3S风速和基本风压之间的换算方法、压力容器局部载荷计算的适用标准以及不同设计体系下压力容器安全阀泄放量计算原则,并对整个设计过程中遇到的其他一系列问题提出了解决办法,对今后海上橇装式容器设计具有指导性的作用。
The different characteristics and attention matters between the offshore skid mounted pressure vessel and the onshore pressure vessel in inspects of offshore environment, design idea, standards, codes,qual ifications and certifications are introduced. The conversion method between 3S wind speed and basic wind pressure during the design process of offshore papplicable standards of local load calculation of pressure vessel,and the principle of calculating the relief capacity of pressure vessel under different design system are focused on,and some methods are given to solve the other problems in design process,then took guiding effects on future pres-sure vessel skid design.
