一种高黏度胶粘剂配比缸的设计与分析

摘要 结合中国胶粘剂行业的现状,根据液压传动技术,提出了一种适用于高黏度胶粘剂的新型配比缸。一是满足胶粘剂的精密配比要求,二是引入跨接管技术,组成一个新的液压回路,实现连续稳定地出胶。简述了其结构组成和工作原理,分别对配比缸部分进行了缸径、活塞杆直径、缸壁厚度等主要参数的计算及校核。最后对设计出的配比缸的缸筒部分运用ANSYS进行了有限元分析,并利用CREO对配比缸进行建模模拟装配,结果表明结构设计合理,安全可靠。 According to the present situation of adhesive industry in China,it presents a new proportioning cylinder suitable for high viscosity adhesive based on hydraulic transmission technology. This high viscosity adhesive meets the requirements of precision ratio of adhesive. It applies the connecting pipe technology to a new hydraulic circuit to achieve continuous and steady release of glue. It describes its structure and working principle,illustrates the cylinder diameter,piston rod diameter and cylinder thickness of proportioning cylinder,analyzes the cylinder part of the designed proportioning cylinder based on ANSYS. It uses CREO to model and simulate the cylinder matching,the result shows that the design is reasonable,safe and reliable.
