摘要 为解决传统智能电能表供应商综合评价中指标繁杂、主观性强的问题,本文提出了一种智能电能表供应商综合评价新方法。分析了智能电能表供应商综合评价的主要内容,再以此为基础建立了评价指标体系和多目标综合评价模型。该评价模型能对供应商综合水平作出定量评价,其评价结果客观、全面,能够为电网公司和用电客户选择优质的电能表供应商提供有效的技术手段。 In order to solve the problem of traditional evaluation of smart meter supplier quality which is quite complex and subjective, it proposes a new method of smart meter supplier quality evaluation. It analyzes the main content of the smart meter supplier quality evaluation. The quality evaluation index system and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model are developed based on the evaluation method. This evaluation model has good performances with quality comprehensive evaluation of quantitative and robustness evaluation and the result is objective and comprehensive. It can be applied for the power grid companies and electricity customers to select their high-quality smart meter suppliers.
