摘要
农业供给侧改革给杨梅冷链物流技术体系的发展带来了政策支持和发展机遇.本文从去库存、补短板、降成 本这三个角度分析了目前浙江杨梅冷链物流产业发展存在的问题,提出如下观点:1 .通过大力发展产地保鲜和运输保鲜, 能有效“去” 杨梅上市高峰期库存压力;2.通过 “补” 产地保鲜技术体系及运输包装技术短板,能有效提升杨梅冷链产业 技术能力;3.通过提升杨梅供应方的规模化生产能力及第三方冷链物流公司的运输务能力,能有效降低杨梅冷链物流成 本.基于农业供给侧改革背景下,本文为杨梅冷链物流产业发展提供一定的参考.
The reform of the agricultural supply side has brought about the policy support and development opportunities for the Zhejiang bayberry cold-chain logistics technology system. This article analyses the problems of bayberry cold-chain logistics industry at present in Zhejiang from three angles of running down stocks, making up short board and reducing cost. Based on the above analysis, this article puts forward the following opinions: 1.Through greatly developing bayberry preservation technology in producing area and in transportation to effectively reduce the bayberry inventory pressure.2.Through making up the short board about the technology system that is how to keep bayberry fresh in producing area and in transportation to effectively increase bayberry cold chain industry technical ability. 3. Through increasing bayberry large-scale production capacity of suppliers and third party cold-chain logistics company transport service ability to effectively reduce the cold-chain logistics cost. Some certain references about Chinese bayberry cold-chain logistics industry development is provided in this paper.
