摘要
结合建造大功率绞吸挖泥船的需要,设计适用于挖掘岩石的大功率绞刀;按照相关经验公式对绞刀挖掘岩石进行受力分析;根据受力分析的结果,利用有限元分析软件对绞刀进行结构强度计算与分析,结果表明满足设计要求;利用CFD软件对绞刀流场进行模拟与分析,理论验证刀臂导送沟槽优越性;通过实验室模型试验验证绞刀各主要参数设计合理;根据各项分析及验证结果对绞刀各主要参数进行优化设计,提高绞刀的挖岩效率。大功率挖岩绞刀设计与研究的方法与流程,可为相关人员提供有益参考。
Design the large power cutterhead for cutting rocks, which is according to the needs of building a large power cutter suction dredger; calculate the forces of the rock cutterhead following empirical formula; according to the results of the forces, we calculated and analyzed the structural strength of the cutterhead by using the finite element analysis software, and the results show that meet the design requirements; we simulated and analyzed the flow field of this cutterhead by using CFD to verify the adventure of the groove on the cutter-arm in theory; we verified the rationality of important parameter through model test in the laboratory, optimized the important parameter of this cutterhead to increase the cutting productivity based on all analyses and the results of the model test. This process and way of designing and researching of large power rock cutterhead can be useful for other researchers.
