摘要
基于物料采购错综复杂的组织环境,采购战略忌讳一刀切。如何对采购物料进行分类并根据分类实施相应的采购战略是企业面临的重大问题,文中以手机物料采购为例,形象地阐述了采购供应定位模型及其应用,为企业组织实施合理化采购、科学管理采购人才提供了相关参考。
It'sunfit to make a procurement strategy as a one-size-fits-allmethodology based on the complex organization environment of material purchasing in a supply chain. As for enterprises,it's very important to find a classified procurement strategy to solve problems of responding items. This work aims to reveal the definition and its application of supply positioning model employing the procurement of mobile phone material. This paper can support some scientific reference for enterprise manager to do procurement rationally and pecialize procurementpersonnel.
