摘要
"欧洲文化之都"已成为深受欧洲各国欢迎的品牌项目,在全民参与与公共治理的双重诉求下,文化志愿服务成为"欧洲文化之都"创建的重要内容。本文借鉴"欧洲文化之都"的经验,提出了我国公共图书馆文化志愿服务的三种建设模式:即"群众化+人性化"、"政府牵头+社会参与"与"培育组织+凸显特色",以期解决我国公共图书馆文化志愿服务中存在的理念落后、管理混乱、参与积极性低等问题,为公共图书馆开展深入的、持久的、覆盖面广的文化志愿服务提供参考。
European Capitals of Culture has become the most popular brand project in Europe. With the requirements of mass participation and public management, cultural voluntary service has become the most important part of the establishment of European Capitals of Culture. By referring to the experience from European Capitals of Culture, this paper proposes three public library voluntary service construction models; ＂popularization and humanization＂, ＂state leading and society participating＂, and ＂cultivating organization and highlighting features＂, hoping to solve the problems of outdated concepts, chaotic management, inactive participation and so on in China, and to provide reference for carrying out deepened, long-lasting, and wide-coverage cultural voluntary service.
