摘要
当前,我国高校的双学位教育面临三大突出困境:虽然实行多年,但国家一直没有明确的政策规定;自成体系,导致涵盖的项目数量有限,同时培养质量也难以保证;主要关注双学位的实用价值,然而其并不必然增加学生的就业优势。背后的原因主要在于:国家未充分认识到双学位教育的价值;实用主义思想与就业压力的双重影响;教育目的项目化、课程化传统的惯性。对此,需从以下方面化解:制定双学位的专门政策或条款,对双学位予以"正名";认清双学位的内涵,将其融合到正常的教学系统中;重视双学位满足学生学术兴趣的价值,让其回归学术。
At present, double degree education in colleges and universities of China faces three major difficulties: double degree has been carried out for many years in our country, but has not yet been approved by the country from the system; at the same time, the dual degree of our country is also an independent system, which not only causes the limited number of program covered, but also makes it difficult to guarantee the quality of the training. In addition, the main concern of our colleges and universities is that the dual degree may not increase the advantages and competitiveness for students' employment, though the dual degree does not necessarily have such an effect. The main reasons are as follows : the country is not fully aware of the value of double degree education; it is influ- enced by pragmatism and employment pressure; the inertia of turning educational purpose into majors or projects and courses. On the above issues, our country firstly should formulate special policies or clauses for the double degree, and give a "name" to it. Secondly, we should understand the original meaning of "double degree", and let it merge into normal teaching system. Thirdly, attach impor- tance to the academic value of dual degree in meeting the students' interest and let it return to academic.
