摘要
为满足水泥窑协同处置固废技术的需求,开发了新型耐酸玻璃纤维/P84复合毡覆膜滤料(以下简称F-NS覆膜滤料)。对比研究了该滤料与普通玻璃纤维/P84复合毡覆膜滤料(以下简称常规滤料)的性能,结果表明该滤料断裂强力及耐酸性能明显优于常规滤料。对协同处置水泥窑尾粉尘进行了粒径分析,并测试了耐酸滤料的孔径分布,最后利用粉尘过滤效率测试系统对F-NS覆膜滤料进行了过滤性能测试,测试结果均表明该滤料拥有良好的过滤性能。
In order to meet the requirement of cement kiln co-disposing of solid waste, the company has developed a new filter material of acid-proof fiberglass/P84 combined mat laminated with PTFE membrane ( hereinafter referred to as F-NS filter material). This paper compares the properties of this filter material with those of membrance-lami- hated ordinary fiberglass/P84 combined mat( hereinafter referred to as conventional filter material). The comparison shows that the breaking strength and acid resiatance of F-NS filter material are superior to conventional filter materi- al. Also in this paper, the dust partical size at the cement kiln, the pore size distribution of F-NS filter material and the filtering properties of this new filter material are analyzed and discussed. All the test results show that F-NS filter msterial has good filtering performance.
