摘要
针对塑料异型材挤出模头结构复杂、随型设计结构多、设计效率低的问题,开发了塑料异型材挤出模头的计算机辅助设计(CAD)系统。基于UG软件平台,结合Visual Studio与面向对象的编程技术,通过对挤出型腔参数的分析,智能排布模头的随型结构进行挤出模头设计。采用表达式关联建立参数化零件库,实现自动定位和加载常用件结构;利用衍生技术实现关联结构的一键式衍生设计。实践证明,该系统可提高模头整体设计的质量与效率。
In view of the problems that the structure of the extrusion die head for plastics was complex, and there was a large number of structures associated with the cavity and the design efficiency was low, a computer-aided design (CAD) system of extrusion die head for plastics was developed. Based on the UG platform, it combined Visual Studio with object-oriented programming technology, and the die head was arranged and designed intelligently by analyzing the parameters of the cavity. Finally the common parts structure were positioned and loaded automatically by using the parametric part library that was established by expression association, and the one-click design of the associative structure was achieved by the use of the derivation technology. Practice has proved that the CAD system could improve the quality and efficiency of the overall design for the die head.
