摘要
利用UG运动仿真对模具进行运动分析,可以分析模具的运动结构设计的合理性,减少后期的改进工作量。以1副半自动接头压力模为例,介绍了UG NX4.0运动仿真在该模具机构运动分析中的应用,并进行了简单的人机工程分析。结果表明:模具设计过程中采用运动仿真进行分析,可以论证模具设计的可行性,减少设计失误,提高模具设计成功率。
Through UG motion simulation, the movement of the mould was analyzed, it was possible to analyze the rationality of the mould structure design and reduce the improve- ment work. Taking a semi-automatic injection mould for the joint as an example, the appli- cation of UG NX4.0 motion simulation on the analysis of the mould motion mechanisms was introduced, and the man-machine engineering was analyzed simply. The results showed that it could prove the feasibility of the mould design by using the motion simulation, and reduced the design error.
