摘要
以某汽车前灯装饰框为例,分析了塑件粘斜顶块的原因,并制定解决方案,针对半封闭式塑件特征,在不影响塑件使用性能的前提下,增加通气孔,抵消压力差,同时在斜顶块内增加内置推出结构,辅助脱模。结果表明:改进方案后塑件脱模顺利,机械手顺利取件。
Taking an automobile headlight decorative frame as an example, the reasons of the angle ejector stick to the plastics were analyzed, and the solution was developed. According to the semi-enclosed characteristic of the plastics, the vent holes were set up to eliminate the pressure difference without affecting the performance of plastics, and the internal ejection mechanism was designed in the angle ejector, which could assist demoulding. The results showed that the plastics were demoulding and took out by the manipulator smoothly.
