摘要
为促进高压直流电缆在大容量、远距离、复杂环境下电能输送方面的应用,需要对直流电缆绝缘材料的关键问题进行深入研究。针对高压直流电缆的发展历史,介绍了绕包和挤包绝缘各自的技术优势及工程应用,并对目前广泛应用的挤包直流电缆绝缘材料的研究现状进行分析,总结了近几年直流电缆聚合物绝缘的研究热点,包括空间电荷、介电性能和老化性能等问题,提出模型电缆与平板试样在空间电荷分布上的差异性,并着重分析了目前聚合物材料电导率和树枝老化的研究进展,并从工程实际角度评述了在这些关键问题上还需要突破的技术瓶颈。最后,根据国内外研究热点,总结了直流电缆绝缘材料研究的未来发展方向,包括聚乙烯绝缘材料的改性研究和环保、高性能的新型绝缘基料研究。
In order to promote the application of high-voltage direct-current (HVDC) cables in electric power system with large capacity, long distance, and complicated environment, the key points of HVDC cable insulating materials need to be investigated deeply. Consequently, we introduce the technical advantages and engineering application of wrapped and ex- truded insulated cables based on the development history of HVDC cables. Especially, we analyze the research status of extruded HVDC cable insulation materials, which are widely used in HVDC cables, and summarize the research hotspots in polymeric insulation, including space charge, dielectric properties, and aging characteristics. Then, we put forward the differences of space charge distribution between model cables and plate samples, analyze the progress of polymeric mate- rials conductivity and electric tree, and comment the direction of further development based on engineering practice. Finally, according to the research hotspots both at home and abroad, the key contents of the research on insulation materi- als of HVDC cables are summarized, including the research of polyethylene insulation modification and new environmental protection and high-performance basic materials.
