电控共轨柴油机燃用天然气-柴油双燃料燃烧特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】在电控共轨柴油机上应用液化天然气,为电控共轨柴油机增加天然气供给系统和双燃料电控系统,将其改装为天然气-柴油双燃料发动机,天然气在进气歧管前通过混合器与空气混合,引燃柴油由原高压共轨系统供应,喷油量和喷油正时由双燃料ECU控制.【方法】在双燃料发动机试验台架上,对比研究了发动机转速为1 200r/min,负荷率为25%和75%时,原柴油机与双燃料发动机的燃烧特性.【结果】与原机相比,双燃料发动机缸内压力和缸内温度升高;25%负荷时,压力升高率和瞬时放热率降低,75%负荷时升高;双燃料发动机峰值压力循环变动系数升高.与25%负荷相比,75%负荷时,原机与双燃料发动机缸内压力、压力升高率、缸内温度和瞬时放热率增大;与25%负荷相比,75%负荷时,原机的峰值压力循环变动系数升高,而双燃料的峰值压力循环变动系数降低.【结论】与原机相比,双燃料发动机燃烧特性在小负荷与大负荷时,变化趋势不同. 【Objective】In order to apply of liquefied natural gas for electronic control common rail diesel engines,a common rail diesel engine was equipped natural gas supply system and dual-fuel electronic system and the engine was modified to dual-fuel engine fuelled with natural gas-diesel dual-fuel.The natural gas mixed with fresh air in mixer before the intake manifold.The pilot diesel was supplied by the high pressure common rail system of original diesel engine and the injection quantity and time of pilot diesel were controlled by the dual-fuel ECU.【Method】The combustion characteristics of the dual-fuel engine and diesel engine are compared and analyzed at the speed of 1 200 r/min under 25% and 75%loads.【Result】Compared with the diesel engine,the in-cylinder pressure and combustion temperature of dual-fuel engineincrease,rate of pressure rise and heat release rate decrease under 25% load while increase under 75%load,cycle-by-cycle variation of peak pressure rise increases.Compared with 25%load,the in-cylinder pressure,rate of pressure rise,temperature increase and heat release rate of diesel engine and dual-fuel engine increase under 75%load,the cycle-by-cycle variation of peak pressure increases of the diesel engine while decreases of the dual-fuel engine under 75%load.
