转岗再就业人员培训意愿影响因素研究——以黑龙江省森工总局为例 被引量:5

摘要 基于对黑龙江森工总局转岗再就业人员的调查,运用二元Logistic回归模型分析了转岗人员的培训意愿,并对影响因素进行理论探讨和实证分析。结果表明:性别、年龄、家庭人口数、人口状况、受教育程度、收入变量和社会资质要求对转岗再就业人员培训意愿的影响较为显著;婚姻状况、培训经历和社会相对地位与其培训意愿没有显著关系。总体而言,转岗再就业人员愿意参加政府提供的培训。培训主体在未来应注重整合政府、市场(企业)两方的资源,建立政府和市场(企业)两者共同联动的机制,结合国有企业中转岗再就业人员的自身情况,推动培训体系健康发展。 Study on the Influencing Factors of the Re-employment Training Willingness: Taking Hei Longjiang Forest Industry Group Corporation as an Example ZHANG Xiaomei, SUN Ailu (School of Economics and Management; Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin 150030 China) (1) Background Since April 1st, 2014, state-owned forest area of Heilongjiang Province, Abstract natural forest's commercial logging has fully stopped in key which marks that the key state-owned forest gets into a new the process of structural reform, in order to further promote the employment, Hei Longjiang Forest Industry Group Corporation carries out carry out re-employment training for a full range of laid-off workers, and actively expands the employment channels to promote the re-employment for laid-off workers and those who have difficul- ties in finding jobs. (2) Methods Using the questionnaire survey, the re-employment workers in the process of human re- sources integration of Hei Longjiang Forest Industry Group Corporation were taken as the objects of the investiga- tion.
